Original Fable just pwns

I recently downloaded the first fable off the xbox marketplace for a mere 1200msp and played it for the first time in approx 4 years.

After all these years i still believe its the best game of the trilogy. Its just something about the simple fun of it. Even with the improved graphics of fable 2 and 3 theirs just something about the first which i can't explain why just makes it much better.

Does anyone else agree? Or know of a game series in which the first is still the best?

I still have it for the original xbox and i still say it beats both of the other fables!

I remember completing it. After that I never got back into Fable at all.
