This is unconfirmed and found on the IGN site, so all the copyrights go to their respective owners, so on and so forth...
On the Thrashball versus map if you leave the scoreboard attached and get 100 kills the Cole Train's rap from the original Gears of War's credits will begin playing from the scoreboard's speakers.

Is it actually possible to get 100 kills in a round on any mode? The only thing I can think of where it might be possible is playing private KOTH against casual bots with the ring count set at highest but even that might not net you 100 kills!

Not sure, you could also try doing a KOTH match with all people you know just knocking off kills as fast as they can to test it. As i said above, its unconfirmed
