In the official FAQ it says:
Q: When will we be able to get the Liquid Green Skins that were in the Jack in the Box promotion?
A: They will be available on the Xbox Live Market Place for purchase January 3rd.
Thought is was worth posting since this is well sought after in the Marketplace.

I've got them, but I've heard a rumour that they may be the reward for completing the impossible mission. Either those or the flame skins (which I also have).
