Online Qualifier Entry Fee : $20.00 Per Team (Per Qualifier)
Please note before signing up you are competing in this online qualifier to receive a Team Invite for the Hypefestation LAN tournament.
You will still have to purchase your Hypefestation LAN Team Pass once you qualify.
Please do not participate in the online qualifiers if you have no intention on attending the Hypefestation LAN tournament.
DO NOT participate in the online qualifiers if you have already been invited to the Hypefestation LAN tournament.
Top 3 Teams from each online qualifier will receive 1 of 12 total Team Invites to the Hypefestation Lan Tournament January 20th 22nd in Newark, New Jersey.
Teams are only allowed to qualify (Place Top 3) in 1 qualifier. Once your team has qualified you are no longer eligible to participate in any of the other qualifiers.
Any teams found playing under false accounts or smurf accounts in order to participate in further rounds after qualifying, will immediately be disqualified and forfeit all prior prize winnings.
Prize Distribution will begin at completion of qualifying tournament and can take up to 30 days to be fully disbursed.
1st place: $350.00 + 1 Team Invite to Hypefestation LAN
2nd place: $100.00 + 1 Team Invite to Hypefestation LAN
3rd place: $50.00 + 1 Team Invite to Hypefestation LAN
Important : Qualifying Teams (Top 3 per qualifier) must purchase their Hypefestation LAN Team pass, within 5 days of qualifying or your team invite will be forfeited.

Maps: All matches are Best of 3 maps
Matches: All matches will consist of (2) Execution and (1) Team Death Match (TDM) OR (1) King of the Hill (KoTH)

Host: Lower Seed has choice to host either map 1 or map 2. Higher Seed will hosts remaining map selection and tiebreaker.
Seeding: All seeds will be 100% randomized, no preferential seeding will occur for these online qualifiers

Non-standard game settings or third party applications that affect game play are not permitted.
Any use of game exploits, cheats, or any other play deemed unfair by an admin may result in disciplinary action up to and including disqualification from the tournament.
All players must use completely different characters during a match.
All players must save game replays and end-of-game score screen shots; in the event of a dispute, these assets will be used as evidence to determine the result of the dispute.
All players must be on Xbox Live and ready to play 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
Any intentional abuse of "pause" during a game by a player on the server will be result in disciplinary action to be decided by an administrator
If a match disconnection occurs by either party within the first minute of a map, the map is to be restarted.
If a match disconnection occurs during game-play, an administrator is to be contacted immediately to make a ruling as to whether or not the match should be replayed or a forfeit loss should be awarded.
No Spectators allowed in any match unless approved by Hypefestation and Beyond Gaming Staff.
Forfeits, Disputes, and Support:
If your opponent does not show up within a 15 minute grace period after the original scheduled match time, you may report a forfeit win.
If you have wrongly been awarded a forfeit loss, you may challenge it within 2 hours of the originally scheduled match time, after which time your dispute will be discarded.
All matches must be played at scheduled match time; no rescheduling of matches will be permitted.
Any disconnection issues that cannot be resolved by the players in the match must be brought to the attention of an admin immediately.
Once the match starts, players will not be able to dispute a match on the grounds of match settings.
All match disputes must be filed within 10 minutes after the matchs conclusion.
Methods of contacting an admin include filing a dispute from the tournament page or contacting an admin directly on Beyond Gaming.
Rule Changes: The Administrators reserve the right to modify the rules as needed. This includes changes due to software updates or releases, event organizer decisions and all other changes deemed necessary to run a successful tournament. Players are responsible to check the rules on a regular basis and prior to the event to ensure they are in complete compliance. Players must understand that rules listed are guidelines to ensure fair and competitive play and are subject to interpretation by the administrators based on the spirit of the game.
