The Torque Bow

How does the Torque Bow compare to Gears of War 2? Is it pretty much the same or less effective or more lethal?

Pretty much the same from what I've seen.
It's only on one of the two maps (Thrashball) released so far and the scoreboard can be shot down to cover it's spawn so it's not getting a lot of use at the moment.

Really? That actually sounds stupid to have that kind of feature on a map. Even more so if it doesn't reset per round.

It can only be shot down after the round as been playing for a while. It can still be picked up at the start. I think it alternates with the digger launcher. I try to avoid th emiddle of that map... it's very easy to get wasted out in the open.

Ah the Digger Launcher I forgot about that weapon is it any good I don't really know how it works?

It's awesome. It's basically like a gun... you have three rounds and when you aim you have a line (ala grenade throws) showing you the direction. Let one go in the direction of enemies and unless they move they are dead meat.

Well the Torque Bow seems unchanged seems to be exactly how it was in GOW 2
