Can you become an ELITE?

Hi everyone. Since not being able to find a clan I wish to join, I'm going to start my own right now. 18+ preferably (unless extraordinary), Online multiplayer only, admission based on trial.
If I haven't got team of at least 5 in a week it will be disbanded and at least I can say I tried
Name is still up for discussion. Message for trials. (Not to sound like a (insert insult here) but I hope to create a team of 'elites'. Will prove my skill on request. Think your good enough?

Does sound very appealing, What kind of games would be going down? AS i said i want to get into the competitive side as opposed to quick matching with randoms. BTW Im blue 64, ranked 585 on KOTH QM
