Microsoft has continued its big Xbox One reveal by showing off the console's Kinect, which is a 1080p camera that's able to work far faster than its predecessor, providing a lag free experience that can read your heartbeat, track you more accurately and more.

The controller itself is a twist on the classic Xbox 360 controller design, with "over 40 design innovations" including a better d-pad. It has shinier buttons too.

SmartGlass and Xbox Live are being beefed up massively too, while the achievements system will apparently tell stories of your gaming exploits. Or something along those lines.

You know what would have been better than a kinect?.... a remote control.

I don't want to be shouting at my TV while my kids are in bed.

and I certainly don't want to be doing the Macarena while trying to remember the arm commands because I've come home pissed.

Gimme a remote control and a new Xbox with beefed up graphics and servers.

Damn straight dude, if they wanna go this routeske 2 consoles one with all that crap and just a normal beefed up console with better graphics, achievements, just purly games and release them both same time and see which one is more popular!!!
