Gears of War 4 release date predictions?

I'll place this here and it can be moved to the Gears 4 forum section once we get one.


So what are we all thinking for predictions!

I don't see this comng out till 2016, it's a whole new development team, with judgment they atleast had epics help, they can't rush this out becaususe a lot of people will expect a lot from this!

I am also going to throw this out now, it's it's just called 'Gers of war 4' the four will replace the letter A somewhere whether it be in gears or most likely in war!!

Depends on how long they've already been working on it I reckon it's been a while. But yeah march 2016 or maybe even September 2015 I reckon.

They've only been working on it a week or so according too Phil Spencer!! So not long at all.

Do you think we might see a remake of gears one for the xbox one maybe!? Just to tide people over coz I know they will show a teaser at E3 this year so it could end with a gears remake date! Would love to get gears one on xbox one!!!

I was figuring holiday 2015 or first quarter 2016. I wouldn't be surprised to see an anniversary edition for X1 just to keep us happy and line their pockets a bit.

I think they have had this in motion for a while as they hinted about Gears at the XB1 show thing.
They will want to get it out as soon as poss as i imagine it cost them a fair few pennies   

But by rushing it out they run the risk of pissing the community off if it's not as good as we would like, atleast by delaying it and puttin it in a 3 year Dev cycle (like halo 5) and putting A Gears One edition out they are making money from that and giving BT time to make this the game Judgment wasn't! So I really don't see them being stupid and rushing it out, Microsoft are learning from past mistakes very quickly I seems lately, which is great for us gamers!

Gears 1 Redux with bigger Multiplayer and Horde would be awesome!

I'm going too make a prediction right now and that is we will see a gears of war anniversary edition end of this year early next year!! Will prob just be the original but nicer OR will included added content!

Like i said i dont think it's being rushed as they have prob had it in development for a while.
I think this is why Epic have just pretty much left it at the wasteside with little or no updates.
And yeah they will just bring out Gears 1 on the XB1 and probably chuck in some horde etc.

since it seems this is the first week with working the new gears i say april-may of 2016

I had an idea a while back that Epic should make a game thats the Horde mode from Gears 2 and 3. Add all the maps from every game to it and call it Hordegasim. It was a crazy idea but then again Judgment was a terrible idea so I figured what could it hurt? I tweeted Rac about it and never got a response. Guess he wasn't as amused as I was   This was just random thought.

Now that's a good idea! Plus love the name Hordegasim
