Titanfall Beta - First impressions

All I can say right now is WOW!

Such a fast pace, and so refreshing.

The balance is great.

There are a few issues to iron out, but hey this is the beta.

I really like Domination. That's my fave game type so far.

Put simply: awesome


I am loving playing the beta, defo a squad based game, I found i played better when I was communicating with squad members compared to just silence. Can't wait too see what else this game has too offer. I wasn't 100% sold on the game but after tonight and fun I had so excited and defo a day one buy!!

I haven't been able to play as much as I'd like but it's awesome! I can't wait to get in a match with a bunch of friends. They said Battlefield was going to be a COD killer which we know never happened but it is very possible Titanfall will be the COD and Battlefield killer.

the only thing i'm not a fan of is the smart pistol that might be a issue for a lot of players other than that it's awesome

I thought I'd like that smart pistol cuse I'm a weaker player but it doesn't appeal to me at all. Maybe I'll give it a go again after launch.

in a bit it's opening to everyone on Xbox One & tomorrow on PC

At first I was like woooo what's going on here, because it was so fast paced. But when we got into it and started playing Domination and last Titan standing, then the fun began.
Weapons were great and easy to use/select. The wall running is cool and easy to do.
I like how you don't have to wait around to respawn, you can just get right back into the fight.
Going to be a great team based game but it is pretty balanced (most of the time) so yep defo looking like it's going to be a fantastic game.
Can't wait to get back on it later!!

I didn't really like the idea of the smart pistol either but then I used it for one match last night and ended up coming top on our team and we came back too win!! So i like it now!!
