Can someone figure out what this is it looks like a Facebook connected game for Gears of War 3 but I can't quite figure it out!

I don't have a clue. I guess it's just a video about Marcus and Dom how they have been friends since kids. And they will fight for one another until they end.. More or less it's just another teaser thing.
