Is anyone else a little dissapointed with the campaign?

I have to say it wasn't as informative as I thought it would be...... I do think gears 2 campaign was alot more exciting..

Na I disagree, I thought the gears 3 campaign was so much better although the ending was as disappointing as it was in gears 2

I thought gears 2 campaign was much better....

But GOW3 multiplayer rules over GOW2...

i was definitely, once again, blown away at how short it was. it was definitely fun, but the gears campaigns are always so damn short.

Try doing it on insane it's not so short lol

But yea the story wasn't so good compared to the other Gears of War games. I was hoping for a better story and better ending.

It did have a pretty simple ending and was short. Just finished my hardcore run today. Just give the gears 2 campaign better graphics and it would easily be better.

i thought it was a nice ending to the series and with new enemies placed into the game it made the campaigne a exciting and epic finally. ithought (even though gear of war 2 was good) fighting the same things got a bit booring.

the ending was quite exciting, but, too bad the series end.
i am hoping to play as locust in the campaign in the new release

I liked it, Still think the first was the best though
