Loading Lag?

Ok, so I have an older 360 (one of the first with HDMI) and also a 360S. On the old Xbox when playing the campaign I notice that the video will sometimes freeze for a few seconds while the audio continues then it will jump to catch up. It happens with in game cutscenes (showing the rush of oncoming enemies etc) and also at checkpoints really badly. I haven't been able to test this on the 360S yet because my wife is pregnant on the couch and is very sick so I let her have the big TV. Has anyone else seen this? If so are there any tips for how to solve/ reduce the occurrence? I have installed the game on the HDD but it still happens. I can't imagine Epic would release a game with such a glaring flaw in the story that they are so proud of.

Oh man I hope your wife will be ok, also it's probably because the hardware on your xbox 360 seeing you said it was the first one the hardware for that is way old and will glitch up and mess with your games.

Thanks for your concern! She just has really bad morning sickness 24/7. Not ideal but it's our first so it's all new at this point. I figured it was that the box was so old, but I just wanted to make sure that no one else was having the same issue. Thank for the help!

Like Halo said it could be your old XBOX or could be a bad disc and you've been unlucky but there's been no other reports about you problem so it's the old XBOX or the disc!

Yes we are in Northern Utah/ Southern Idaho

Sweet but also I should warn you for the safety of you, your wife, and your now kid on the way. Keep away from the cannalopes as their infected with lysteria. Its a disease that will kill you.

Thanks for the warning! I don't care for Cantaloupe but I know my wife likes them. I will make sure she stays away from them!

I'm glad I warned you before she ate them. I love them too but after seeing that on the news I think I'm done eating cantaloupe.
