Is there anyone to trade Microsoft Points that are already on their acc? Or is there a way to get the Horde Command Pack code and give it to someone. I have an extra 800 points after i bought mine and my brother needs one and i would like to get him one since he is getting me Skyrim.

Nope, There's no way to trade Microsoft points nor gift a DLC.
