Looking for a clan

I am looking for a clan of gears 3 players to join. Essentially I am looking for a place where I can play all games modes, but with a consistant group of people. Interested in doing things such as tournaments, achievements, insane versions of horde/beast/campaign, etc. I have been playing gears since the original and know how to play.
