almost raged

since everyone is complaining about having there rank reset i always hoped it wouldnt be me, logged on earlier and in the mode select it told me i wasnt signed in, even tho i was. so i went back out and re signed in, had a bit of a panic when i checked my stats, campaign collectable and mutators have all vanished. luckily my ribbons, medals and rank are still there.

if i'd lost my medals i think gears may have floown into a wall, am working on backing up my stats now. if i lose it all i doubt ill go for seriously again, took a long time to get all my medals.

To be honest, I didn't know this issue was still happening in Gears 3. :/ I thought it was just a Gears 2 issue.

from what i've read on the gears facebook page its still happening a shedload. i've just backed up mine and my gf's games so if we do happen to get reset we'll be able to get all our stats back

Do you play a lot of split screen? I hear that a lot of the lost profiles are related to that.

yeah, i play a fair amount of split screen with the mrs, hopefully it'll all be good now i've backed up. the clooectables aint hard to get back. could have been worse
