Yea I just finished day 2. It's a 60 day workout that basically makes you workout the maximum you can. It was said to be one of the hardest workout known. It's real hard lol On "day 1" I puke, I was super dizzy. here take a look: Click here  | |

Gyms are expensive these days. And I know I can run around the neighborhood or park, but when it's 90 degree weather, its hard to do and plus can cause a heat stroke if you not use to running a mile or two. | |
