This morning, I walked to my kitchen to make a bowl of cereal, I grabbed a box and turned the corner to see my girlfriend just getting out of bed as well, I said the following...

"The Cole Train runs on whole wheat, baby! Whooo!" at maximum volume
I felt like I should talk to someone about it, thank you.
