help me with some ideas for a map guys :D

as title suggests i would like to hear some ideas so i can put them into a level for an old game. I do level design for preparation on college. I'm going in for game designing. and for these ideas i will give credit where credit is due.

What kind of game is it and what will the map be used for?

probably counter strike source or just straight up synergy co-op all i know is its going to be a multi player map

counter strike havent played that in awhile, um brainstorm: desert fortress, enchanted forest, deep junkgle, my backyard. what course of level design you going for, you can design a basic suburban area with houses and back alleys.

sounds great just fyi it will take me quite a bit of time to finish due to planning and measurements.

try doing what we did in our drafting class in highschool.... we made a CS map of our highschool... to bad we was forced to stop due to pour priciple not liking us killing people in the highschool

yeah so i try to stay clear of making public places into levels xD

i mean a few public things here and there it's fine but not like what the kid had done.

what about doing a map in a church and have the teams be Catholic priests and Sermon boys!!! LOL

when i was in college we were allowed to create css maps of our hometown as long as it wasnt gonna happen in real life, yea me running around in military screaming BOOM HEADSHOT!!
