New to GOW in UK and looking for team mates?

New to gears 3 mulitplayer in the UK time zone and want to make a team?
I understand the frustrations of just starting in GOW 3 multiplayer and sick of feeling like you letting the side down when with very experienced plays and getting murdered. You feel like just giving up. Well I’m trying to get a few folk who are new but willing I’m only level 30 and that’s through ternasity not skill.
