the exclamation point in war journal that signfies a new achievement is stuck there, even after i just got 'again!' it wont go away. not a major issue but its annoying Sad

It's probably you Maxed out fortification Cheevo ready to pop. Mine did this for the ribbon Cheevo on the last DLC.
