todays update

gears got an update while i was playing earlier and since then its all gone to pot, the matches arent going smoothly, weapon power is flucuating. i ended up quitting out of several matches cuz it pissed me off, and i never leave early.

anyone else found this?

Me and Kyrat were just playing, and the matches kept getting laggier after awhile to the point where i shotgunned someone and they never died, point blank range, and didnt die, after 2mins of lag/glitching, i died, and our team was left with 1 guy..

Ya I got the update last night no real problems it did kick me off twice but I think it might have been every body was getting the update so the servers were going like crazy I really don't know how that stuff works lol just a guess

A Title Update for Gears of War 3 is on the way and includes a fix that addresses problems some players were having joining matches on dedicated servers. It will be downloaded automatically by starting Gears 3 while connected to Xbox LIVE.

I've been having problems since I downloaded Fenix Rising especially with the lag issues. Hope this update has sorted it for me not had chance to play today.

everything seemed better recently, no lag that ive seen.

im not happy at all. been playing online all day and it just seems ridiculous, people are gnasher sponges and they can drop me with one shot.
i was playing with my old uk gears team earlier and they all had the same problem
i may have had the best glitch in history tho, got the oscar mike ribbon on a guy who also managed to kill me at the same time

Killed this guy by shooting him with a full round, said he was dead and everything, then out of no where when im chasing down someone else, the guy i killed (Keep im mind we were playing warzone), killed me when i was in front of the last person gnashering em down, and downed em, then i get killed by the dude i killed who had a SO, was a HUGE WTF moment of the year for me lol.

hmm... its same as on gow 1, luckly i didnt play online yet cuz i just got my grenadier
