DC's thought of the day! Gears Prequel or whole new story?

So been thinking about this today, what would I rather have a whole new gears experience, new characters and so on or would I rather Marcus & Dom but before Gears 1, if any of you have read the books you will know they already have a great back story as well as plenty of ideas for the time between games, I think at the end o the day I have mixed feeling about this!!

I want a new experience, new console new generation and all that BUT Marcus is just a badass and I really enjoy playing as delta squad. So guess either way I look at it ill be happy as long as its not another Judgment!!!

Wow, that's actually a tough question.....

I love me some Marcus, Dom, Baird, & Cole Train, but it could be pretty slick to see some new characters as well....

I think I'm gonna go with....bring back the originals, but add in some new faces as well!! (how's that for a political answer?! lol)

There is plenty of back story to cover so I'd be happy with a prequal. But they need to get the versus multiplayer right this time. That's where Gears has it's strength for most fans, even though I'm more of a campaign/horde player.

They defo need to drop the stupid Halo Blue Vs Red and go back to what worked Gears Vs Locust!!

Prequel would be cool. But I say long live the locust and carry on from 4. And Dom didn't die, he jumped out....HE JUMPED OUT DAMN IT! Stories get rewritten and twisted all the time so bring back Dom!   

Definately not! Dom is dead, deal with it.

They have plenty of material to do prequels from. I'd love to see Marcus and Dom back. Locust too. Red vs blue is terrible! Judgment was crap. Not even in the same class as the first 3 Gears. In my mind I don't think of it as a Gears game. If they give us another Judgment it's over.
