Gears of War 2: Explosive E3 Event

* June 6th-13th
* 30X XP Bonus
* Double ammo for all explosives
* Boomers gone wild in Horde

Starts tomorrow, count me in

awesome wish i could participate in that event but i guess i have to miss it

I'll be trying to reach Lvl 100 for the third time..

This will be my 6th account i get my wings on lol

I've got to get my wings from this event currentl level 66 let's see what I can do

Dunno the time it starts though it's 11pm UK time here and it aint on yet

That would of been 2pm which means it should already be underway I'm gonna jump on real soon. You also need to restart your xbox for it to work apparently!

Tickers would of been better

Boomers are on every wave but probably about 5-6 on every wave plus the usual enemies. Plenty of Boomshot ammo lying around if that's your thing. Seems only to be 5 enemies on the first wave (not all Boomers)

30xp is alot compared to some other xo events i'm sure most you people get the wings from it i already got mine but i read theres another 18xp in july

Is this event still on I'm reading in other places that it's still on? But most of the things I've read seem to point towards ranked only and it's taken of social?

30xp still going strong in NYC!

Still going strong here in the Uk too and apparently it will last until at least tomorrow and maybe even tomorrow!

No it's just a case of when Epic feel like turning it off, which could be anytime maybe it's even ended I'm not on yet really hoping it stays on a little longer I'm up to level 92 almost there

Looks like it is turned off now. Boo Hoo I got to level 92, so close yet so far.

I think there's another event in July (18xp), Once it's confirmed I will announce it but I'm sure there'll be at least another event before Gears of War 3 releases
