Would be good if you communicate well with each other. I'm going to do it with my brother and friends in the future and possibly on Insane once we get Infinite Ammo. Good luck anyway.

How do you get the infinite ammo and super reload mutators? For some reason, even after seriously hammering this game, I have unlocked a sum total of zero mutators...what gives?

Infinite Ammo: 100 Combat Engineer Ribbons.
Super Reload: Bronze Master-At-Arms I believe.
