Queen Myrrah

Ok did anyone else notice that they start going into why Myrrah looks human but then they just drop it? Did I miss the continuation of that discussion or are they just leaving us hanging? I wondered about that starting in Gears 2 and as they progressed explaining bits about her relationship with Adam Fenix I was beginning to think there was something amorous between the two but I was wrong on that count. Does anyone have any conjectures or even some facts about her? I would be interested to know.

Another flaw in the campaign. Being the leader of the locust and the mastermind behind many COG soldiers dying she surely should have been epicly killed but no, it was an absolutely petty death.

I've always thought she was somehow acually related to Marcus, like his mother or something. They should make some side story games, to explain what happened after Jacinto sank and explaining more about the Queen and Carmines, but thas just my opinon ^.^

Myrrah LOOKS human, but in multiplayer, she has multiple heart beats like the rest of the Locust. It could just be coincidence due to her being on the Locust side. But I do sense something happened between her and Adam. When Marcus said about killing her, Adam said "Oh... I see" quite solemnly. Like he cared about her or something. Hard to tell.

We will never know.

I actually thought the same thing about her being his mother, especially IIR she was never found. It's been a long time since I read Aspho, but that is the thought that crossed my mind while playing through the campaign and especially after seeing Adams response to her being dead. Karen Travis, you hate us don't you?

Jeez Loauis! Two things i can help out about, one Adam fenix was contacted by myrrah before E day, two the only reason Adam cared about the fact that they Had to kill Myrrah to end the war is that Adam didnt want to kill the locust unless he had to, he wanted to end the war peacefully......anyways i was happy when marcus killed that bitch, her forces killed my little broothers

I think that Myrrah is actual a drone female with a human mask made from someone's actual face. Nice.

Wouldn't Marcus recognise her or has he never seen her? Not really well up on the storyline and who knows who knows what etc...

Never know =-\, maybe before E-Day she used it to get closer to Adam so that she could observe him. Or maybe she just simply IS Marcus' mom lol. Would like to have a book describing everything about her.

We should all get together and write the damn story to fill in all the missing links - we'd have a major hit.

there is no missing parts of the story, Elaine Fenix's body was found by Adam, but Adam never told Marcus (amongst many lies he never told marcus) plus marcus knows what his mom looks like she went missing when he was like 9 or 10... not 2

The books do not tell you EVERYTHING though, so there are missing parts of the story. I still also say they should make another game about the content in the books, plus a bit more.

yes.......but most of the questions you guys are asking can be answered through what little knowledge we have, there is one conudrum that hasnt been resolved though, WHY THE FUCK DOES MYRRAH LOOK HUMAN? it has nothing to do with Elaine Fenix's dissapearance, im thinking shes human though but i dont want to say why because it will spoil the end f GoW3 for those that havent finished it......but if enough of you said i should post my idea of why shes human then i will

Well there is one fact that i have found on multiple other posts that makes me think, maybe she is not human... If you have ever played as her on multiplayer, she has multiple heart beats.

okay im just going to say it for the because i think it will give some incite *SPOILER ALERT* at the end of the game after Adamhas turned the machine on, and it has kill the drudges, and locust and Adam, Queen myrrah is un affected by the machine why is that, unless she is human....

The fact is the only reason it killed all of the locust is because they were so close to the Imultion for years and years. The Queen kept away from it up in her palace. So she probably had about the same ammount of infection that Marcus, Cole, Anya, Baird, and all other COGs had.

I doubt she is locust, i mean shes not even used for reporuduction, bezerkers are

That still does not change anything, no matter what she was used for, she could be human or locust, or perhaps even a hybrid. If Adam had enough time to fix the machine to where it would only kill the imultion itself the locust would not have died, and Adam would have lived aswell.
