What is wanted/needed from the new Gears game?

Just wondering about what they might do with the new Gears and thought I'd see what you guys and gals are thinking?

Do we want a prequel as in the pendulum wars? Or the aftermath of 3? Could they do an aftermath of 3?

Which characters do you want to see? Any that you would rather we didn't see?

Let's hear your thoughts about the storyline you'd like to see and the characters that would be involved.   

Pendulum Wars would be interesting. But I'm afraid that the next game must have the Locust back. We saw what happened when they took them out of Judgment multiplayer.

Gears 4 is my choice. They could easily bring back the Locust with some bullshit explaination and no one would complain. lol

would be cool to have a pendulum wars gears but as long as Multiplayer have Locust i need my locust back

I think I have some insanely unique ideas of where this story needs to go. Some will like it, some may despise it. But I think all will be intrigued. I'll be finishing up my first entry of my vision for Gears soon.
