Signature problems

As i see here a lot of Gear Headz have the xboxgamercard.org Sig and for some reason for the life of me i can't get my gamertag to show up on the site is their a alternative that is like the Xboxgamercard so i can use it as a Signature what shows last play Xbox 360 games like Gears of War?

That's weird that isn't working, that's the one i use. Is it that it's not loading up? Or have you put it in and it's not coming on your profile?

When i enter my Gamertag it says
