Active Downing

Do you miss active downing with the sniper rifle from Gears of War? I don't miss it but I do miss messing with someone at the end of a game by repeatedly downing them and finally no scoping them when they got up the last time.

Yea I missed that I remembered the first time my brothers got on XBL and they both went up against me to try and show them how to play better in multiplayer and I had tons of with with the active downing with the Sniper. When one when to pick the other up I would down him too and wait for them to get back up and sneak off to a different position and get them again lol

The lobbies should be going a little more. The beta probably got players more interested in Gears 1 & 2 so they should be a little more active.

Ive just had a quick do on GOW2 and the lobby filled up quicky and i owned the top ranked players...seemed easy??......The Beta has done something for me im sure...

The beta should definitely help people when they go back to the older Gears games.

Well Gears of War 2 now seems a hell of alot slower compared to the Beta it's like you have all the time in the world to react to things.

That is the bad thing about going back to Gears 2. Everything is going to be so much slower. That will be the case in some other games as well.

Lol yea it's really slow, I knew it would be but I didn't expect it to be so dam slow like it is. Either that or Gears of War 3 is super fast!
