Does the Beta give any clue?

Does the beta give us any ideas, hints or clues towards any achievements?

i didnt see anything i was trying to compare games with a friend but gears of war 3 doesnt come up in the games section

Worth a shot lol I think the reason I asked is because when you download a demo sometimes they give you ideas on the achievements but yea it's a Beta not a demo

its gotta leak sometime, anxious Gears waiting and epic will release a teaser to keep us going into september

It wouldn't suprise me to see some achievements linked to the 'medals' you get via kills, marking, reviving etc.

It sure is a long wait I was gonna give you an exact number of days from the Beta end (May 15th) till the game release (Sept 20th) but had to many beers now to do maths so I'll rough guess at about 125 days. Dam that is a long wait lol But we can all enjoy these forums until then

Gonna have to get a countdown timer on the Forum somewhere

Yeh i think there will be some achievements related to medals. Gotta love the Carmine's star medal.

i get a lot of rough day medals and my friend got F.I.F.O medal xD that was a fail right as he got out of spawn he was blown up

Have gotten a few of those myself. I hate getting the FIFO medal. I was doing pretty good the other day and had a string of 3-4 games in a row when I got the MVP medal

that is nice xD i now need to get the MVP medal

I got the clusterluck ribbon a few times the other day. That was awesome. I threw a frag grenade into a group and got three kills. What a great ribbon.

i still have yet to get that ribbon

I also got the Special Weapons God Medal and Active Reload God medal. I need to go through my list and look to see which ones I actually have.

I imagine getting a certain amount of kills with each weapon will be achievements, along with campaign missions. That's more then half the achievements right there. Then they will probably have another Seriously 3.0 or something like that. Just a guess. But compare the achievements from Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 2 they used the same ones pretty much lol.

Hopefully if they have a Seriously 3.0, it is not as bad as Seriously 2.0

Off topic but what is the GOW cash for?

Seriously 3.0 I imagine will be worse then seriously 2.0 as it's rumored to be the last Gears game.
