Looking for a competitive clan/team

I won't go much into bragging, but I'm a very good player, I don't necessarily need a hardcore clan, it could be more casual, they just need to be very active and on the game nearly every night and always have a team going. As long as they talk during the matches and coordinate well. I just need team players in this team game, none of my friends play anymore, and I started again because of the new release of maps.

I'm rank 95 on my gamertag Drop Yo Gun, but it does not reflect my total gears of war 3 playtime, as I started in beta on another gamertag.

I'm also an ex hardcore original gears of war player, 20k ranked execution kills and a ridiculous amount of playtime. Also play gears of war for pc, but those are dead now
