Xbox One Will Play Preowned Games.....

But will require you to pay a fee to unlock them.

Well I see a lot of flaws with their idea.

Also it shows what kind of company EA are. "We're doing away with online passes" Like they were doing us a favour, cheeky B@stards knew this was coming. LOL

just plain stupid....they are truly showing how much they don't care about their customers....

I reckon PS4 is going to be doing the same thing. That's why EA pulled the Online Pass.

There's two ways for Sony to look at this.

1) No preowned charge - Probably win the inital battle of console sales. But would Devs and publishers be more open to giving Xbox exclusives, knowing that they will make money from preowned sales (which we all know they get butt hurt over)? Eventually all the great games could become Xbox exclusive.

2) Charge to play preowned - Fight an even playing field and weather the inital uproar until it's considered the norm.

I have a feeling that Sony will try option 1 (no charge to play preowned) just like they've done with not charging for online play.....and we all know how well that has worked out for them....lol

either way i look at it, i dont want to get the Xbox One when it first comes out, because the first 360 had so many problems, so im thinking just wait till something catches my eye, like Darksiders 3 if they make it, or Darkness 3, or next Gears. Dont wanna Spend $500 on something that Malfunctions in 3-7 months.
